Default Install dialog box on load

For the past few days, I've been getting an install dialog box popping up on Windows startup. After some trial & error work, it appears to be from Nod & appears just before the splash screen, then disappears after the splash screen appears.

Nod32 has been running on this pc for about a year & was originally push-installed from my server.

Has anyone else seen this?

Thanks for your reply. My licence is valid until 17/11/09. I will get a screen shot asap. The install box is now popping-up twice during login.

I have taken other steps. I uninstalled Nod32 & then used the Windows Install Clean up tool. Everything is now fine.
