Hello,
I was running on ERAS 4.0.1, then decided to upgrade to 5.0 Upon nearing completion, it threw a few errors and was unable to complete installation, and asked me to contact eset support to recover my files I re-ran the installation and that went fine. However my database needs to be upgraded as its still on 4.0.1. (I've got backups) Is there a way to do this, or will I now need to contact Eset? |
