I cloned my windows 7 disk issue

I cloned my windows 7 disk. Same disk for backup tried to use and get several errors. Looks like no OS was transferred. Get errors 0xc000000e and c000021a. Why did it not completely clone my drive with the OS also, Did before well in past. What to clone C OS drive worked fine past. Now notice the OS is not cloning. Am I missing something. Did it in one step before.
