disabling email protection from Console

I am looking for a way to disable the email client protection in 4 from the console. I have turned off just about everything email related in the config and after pushing the config to the client, enable email client protection is still checked. Is there a way to uncheck that box from the console?

Disable POP3 checking as well as email client integration instead of disabling email client protection.

We don't use pop3. Is there a way to disable these from a configuration task? Thanks.
