An I/O error is happening because of a problem with the external drive or USB drivers. Nothing has changed with the boot media. Try using a different USB drive and see if it boots successfully. This is not an error with Paragon but an error with your USB drive.

I get the same I/O error with all three of my USB External Drives.

As for the boot media, I made several copies in case on didn't want to work, and not one of them does,

Are you using the same boot media you've used successfully with this computer and usb drive in the past?
