Seeing websites visited by users

I am running colasoft with a 1G network tap in place. We have an ISA 2006 STD firewall with proxy configured. When I am viewing traffic all I see is users going to the proxy address and not what website they are visiting. No HTTP traffic shows up the logs.

Is there a way around this?
