Default Xerobank SERIOUS privacy/security leak?

First of all I would like to say that I have been tryng to register on the Xerobank forum with no success: I have tried to register with an hotmail account and never received the confirmation email not even in the spam folder.
Then I wanted to try with another not free based email but I received this error message: "Sorry, but you're not allowed to register multiple accounts at the same time from the same computer." So I had not other option other then posting here.

My problem/concerns: I am using the xerobank vpn service with the xerobank browser since long time.

While suring the net it popped to my eyes something very weird! I was searching for some online casino websites. In my country some of these websites doesn't still have the license so they are blockeds thru the ISPS. If you try to open one of them you will find a page in italian that will tell you in italian language "SITE BLOCKED - the site is not reachable (I am translating it) cause the italian law number....."

One of these websites is: 217.175.53.72

I wonder why even using the Xerobank VPN I get that page!! This means that in a way or another they KNOWS that I am surfing on that website!!

So if they knows that I am surfing on that website they could check every website I have visited!

When I open the Xerobank browser I receive the green status:
Status: ANONYMOUS
Country: Germany

Network Name: Xero Networks
Network Policy: No Logging
Network Legal Risk: Low
Network Political Risk: Low
Note: Data Retention Neutralized

Explanations about this would be really appreciated.

Ok my mistake

That ip is the page with the information page. The page where you are redirected...
The original casino page is loading fine with the VPN on. At this point I just wonder why and how I have been redirected to that page having my VPN on...
