Unhappy Help

File C:\WINDOWS\system32\navmgrd.exe is infected with trojan IRC/SdBot.AFN. NOD32 cannot clean this infiltration.

File C:\WINDOWS\system32\msconfg.exe is infected with trojan IRC/SdBot.AFN. NOD32 cannot clean this infiltration.

Anybody how do I get rid of this

Let's try this one for starters:

Boot in Safe Mode and run NOD32 once more. Before doing so, make sure to disable System Restore. As soon as the nastie has been taken care of, you can enable System Restore again.

I have completed the suggested process unfortunately I get the same messages, NOD32 unable to clean. I appreciate the help.

Well, let's move to step II. Read the instructions over here, follow them to the letter and post your log file. FYI: you'll have to register as a forum member first in order to post your log file in that particular forum.
