Cann`t remove NOD32 AV

Hi

I have bought a new NOD32 AV and while installing it cann`t remove old version and also I have not the old install file ... I have removed many reg key from registry but 3 files cann`t removed ...
I have not the old cd and also I have not a internet high speed ( dial up )

what is the soloution

did you try to remove those three files in safe mode? theres a nod32 v2 removal tool available for download here

I have deleted :
ESET folder in program files
C:\Program Files\ESET
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ESET
C:\Documents and Settings\%USER%\Application Data\ESET

and also using your software...it appear there is no eset on your pc
but there is the problem still !

1. Run Windows Installer Cleanup Utilty:
Only select NOD32 to cleanup.

2. Download and install new version
