Hi
I bought WSA Essential, it works good with Eset smart security soon installed. But with firefox, I have keyboard problems, for exemple two times @@, or no . with . One hour later, it can work normally ![]() and tomorrow, problems are back.Just ennuyous, what to do in such cases ? Best regards, Vonvon |

I'm not sure we just have to wait for PrevxHelp replies but I think there still working on language settings in WSA!

We've had a few other reports of this as well on different language keyboard and are currently investigating an overall solution for it. We'll hopefully have this fixed soon but in the meantime, you should be able to uncheck the keyboard protection under Identity & Privacy - View/Edit Protected Websites - "Protect against keyloggers"

I also have the same problem on a "French (Belgium)" keyboard, ie. problem of double @@ in Firefox. Unfortunately, the workaround you suggested, Joe, doesn't work with my keyboard

Thanks for the update - I'll continue investigating this here and will let you know what we find (we're working on other fixes for Chinese keyboard layouts as well which could be relevant).

It does appear hard to fix as I mentioned it a least 3 months ago
