Look n Stop seems to be abandonware now that it won't ever support Windows 8. That's really sad.

Well from what I gather, Look 'n' Stop works on Windows 8.

it does work on Windows 8.

but how well it does work is another matter.
is there full support for all Windows 8 new features is what i'm wondering...

the answer for the thread title is yes and yes
I still like this firewall, but I will not put any hope for revival anymore

as long as I use win 7, I'll keep using it from time to time
and for now win 7 looks like to be my last windows after all

same here, after windows 7 i'm going full linux.
i wanted to migrate after xp, but windows 7 was this good.
