FileChecker and ID-Blaster are now lovingly retired

FileChecker & ID-Blaster were written a long time ago, for older versions of Windows.

Many have enjoyed them over the years, but the code is quite long in the tooth, and hasn't been tested on newer version of Windows (and getting it to work would likely be more trouble than it's worth). The versions of Windows they were built for haven't been supported by Microsoft in ages, and are rarely in use.

For those reasons, and to make room for something new, they are being lovingly retired.
