How to re-enable the support for V2 Clients...
Not all of our clients had still upgraded but they cant connect to eras anymore and the logfile got owerflowed ![]()

Hello,
Support for NOD32 v2.x was discontinued at the end of May, 2012. It is not possible to re-enable support for v2 engine-based products, but if you contact ESET's technical support department at +1 (866) 343-3738 (assuming you are in North America—otherwise contact your closest ESET office, distributor or reseller) they can assist you in migrating those computers to a newer version. All stopped... but they missed to remove the V2 parts from documentation, so user get a bit confused.
