I was trying to run this utility:
http://www.spyware-browser.com/freeware/ It's an advanced Process monitor (free): some good features, good UI,lots of built in tools, not sure if its any better than PExp. Installed and Running in Sandboxie: Prevx popped up and alerted as RED MALWAREand put the app into jail. (The app trys to load a system driver: Sandboxie prevented this: the app still worked but had limited functions under some options.) Anyway, I went to PX jail: nothing there! Went to PX Db and this is identified as GOOD in the data base. Disabled PX to allow this app to run ; disabled in Sandboxie: as above. SO; anybody had issues with PX and Sandboxie? No other monitors detected any untoward problems within the sandbox. (Gotta say: Sandboxie is a remarkable app )Impressive that PX was able to get into the sandbox and see what was happening: But I didn't want it to. lol If PX is going to play in my sandbox, the least it could do is play proper? PrevX seems to be able to see into the sandbox but with limited functionality. There was no record of the app in "recent activity" log I accept that we will find issues between utilities that hook processes deep inside. Any comments?
