My tweaking seems to have slowed to a crawl, thanks to some recent assistance with networking.
Now I find there is no pressing need to tweak... except for occasional avatar and signature changes at Wilders.

I tweaked my Cable connection TCP Optimizer. Time Warner just doubled my cable Modem rental fee, so I went to B&H.com and ordered a Motorola SurfBoard 6121 docsis 3.0. I figure a new modem should have a optimized connection to match a high performance modem.
