Remember Action is not available

I have a computer with Smart Security on it, and the remember action checkbox is greyed out. Because of this, the user has to click allow about 5,000 times per day.

I've tried reinstalling, and get the same thing every time.

The computer is a non-administrator member of an active directory domain, and Active directory is the only thing I can think of that would be causing problems, although about 5 other computers / users with the same permission work fine.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
