Default Diamond CS - CLOSURE NOTICE SAYS IT ALL bye PG

I would like to purchase the full copy of Process Guard and possibly Port Explorer.

Unfortunately having read several Threads in the PE Forum it would appear that DCS are experiencing problems and not keeping customers informed. The worst aspect of this is that users having paid for the license do not appear receive the key/code within a reasonable time frame.

As there is no mention of this issue in this PG Forum it is assumed that the problem does not exist for PG users.

I understand that registering on the DCS web site gives access to a members area where the release key/code can be seen.

I would like to learn:
  1. If anyone has bought PG, very recently and how long the release key/code took to become available?
  2. The same question for PE?
  3. Having purchased and become eligible to access the members area, is that the means to obtain the release key/code?
  4. Have I missed something in the relationship between DCS, PG and PE?

TIA of your response.
