Unhappy True Image 10 / SATA /Sereial-ATA Harddisk not working

Hi,
I have an HP Desktop Intel Core-2-Duo with SATA-Harddisk.
My True Image 10 genetates Images, bit is not able to recover.
It does not see the sata-harddisk. Does somebody know a workaround
or is ther a download?

Have you tried both the full and safe modes within the True Image Bootable Recover CD?

Is the Core-2 duo supported under ATI versions yet?
