Paragon Disk BackupSE file recovery?

A while back, I thought that someone had given instructions on how to recover a file using Paragon Drive Backup 8 Explorer.

I have not been able to recover individual files or folders with this program and cannot find the posting that I think exists.

Do you need a regular version of Paragon Drive Backup instead of the "SE " Version in order to be able to browse files and restore them?
