Is there a separate user manual that can be downloaded?
I saw only installation manuals at the NOD32 web site.

Or, is the Help file separately downloadable?

You are going to need a pdf reader, I use foxit reader(freeware). I used to use Adobe Reader, I had a possible conflict between Adobe Gamma Loader and Outpost Pro 4.0 (964.528.059)at startup. It caused my wireless keyboard not to load and mailwasher to report I had no internet conection. It is possible to "Backdoor" Adobe Reader with Javascript http://michaeldaw.org/md-hacks/backdooring-pdf-files/, I think thats good reason to switch too.

Thanx. but that's an Installation Guide, not a user manual.

Requiring the installation of the trial software just to see the built-in help is too onerous.

Also, if you haven't seen it yet, this thread guides you through every setting in NOD32.

    Thanx.
Looks useful, at the cost of 1 less tree in the forest.

and recycle your out of date manuals - every year i go through stuff we printed and put on shelves and recycle a significant amount - it's amazing the amount of junk you find in your old printouts! ;)

    Hello,

The manuals are in the process of being updated and be available shortly.

From a documentation point of view, though, the changes are relatively minor. A few screen captures are being replaced, documentation is being added for the two new command-line switches, and explanations of some of the new terminology added.

Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.

    Regards

    Aryeh Goretsky
