id-blaster installation problem

Id-blaster plus has been installed onto my pc but won't run. When I attempt to run the program I get an error message saying:

Failed to load 'Common Dialog' from COMDLG32.OCX. Your version of COMDLG32.OCX may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application.

Can anyone tell what to do?
