Default trojan?

i use AVG. it detected a virus called trojan horse downloader.skoob.a in MSCACHE.EXE and it found one in MSCACHE.DLL called trojan horse downloader.skoob.b .. any idea what it is or should i say was because AVG said it healed it. i can't find anything about it here or at grisoft. help?

Its SPYWARE not a trojan Spybot S&D , Spyware Blaster, AdAware etc should handle it if its still there
