new file

I updated ewido this morning and received a Microsoft "send, don't send " error. I started a scan, but seconds into it "C:\ 3RD PARTY VVVINTEL APP ACC ATA.EXE" took over the scan and continued to scan for 46 mins till I stopped it. All other scans have taken around 18 mins and I've never seen this file till this morning. Is this a legit file or a virus? Thanks...
