Default Runtime error 35756 on Check for Updates

I just downloaded and installed (on XP Pro SP2, downloading via FireFox 1.501; other system details available if you need them...) This is a FYI report only, I suppose, though the software seems a good idea based on my past experience with stupid purchase EULAs as K****sky!

Hi,

What language version of Windows are you using?

Also, have you tried downloading and installing the latest Visual Basic 6.0 run-times files?

Using English; haven't purchased Visual Basic, so nothing to which to apply VB Service pack. OOps, sorry to interrupt. Thanks, anyway.
