Volume Logic for WMP Problem?

Volume Logic v1.31; Windows Media Player v10.00.00.3990

The Volume Logic "sound enhancement" plug-in for WMP stopped working the other day and I can not figure out the reason why.

VL does not enhance the sound when playing a music file through WMP. Basically the application starts when WMP is launched but the volume meters in VL are NOT displayed. There is NO "error message" displayed.

I've uninstalled and re-installed thid app three times, and I'm still getting this issue.

Anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks..
