Default APT fades against AlfaCleaner

I've been using APT v3 for quite some time now in context to doing my regular spyware cleanup of different computers.
I found at least 1 spyware process that APT cannot modify/terminate in any way. AlfaCleaner's alfaserver. APT can do absolutely zero to terminate that. I tried all the kill methods, suspend and crash. Nothing works and only returns "Unable to.. or apparently the process.." Even kernel kill is useless here. How come?

Suggestions to why acserver is so difficult to terminate? If by any chance you know a program which should be able to terminate the process I'd be happy to know about it.
