Default XP Calculator replacement ?

I'm looking for a replacement for XP's built-in calculator app which is very similar to XP's one, but can also do percentages as well as keeping the calculator window always on top. It should also be lean and mean.

Any suggestions ?

In the standard view the % key is there, for me, well I just handle it on the fly.

As for calculators, I've always been partial to Calc98.

It may not have always on top, but the conversion sets are excellent.

Props to Ronjor for finding that one.

Thanks for the info. I always have it set to Scientific mode so missed the % in the Standard View (doh!). Why they removed it from the Scientific view is beyond me.

I've tried MS Calculator Plus, but it's a bit too much for my needs. Calc98 looks promising though.

If you like HP-41 scientific calculators there is an emulator at

I've been using Virtual HP-41 since my calculator died (it was 21 years old).
