Can´t update PestPatrol

I´ve downloaded PestPatrol, with 1 year license free, but I can´t update it... it says that can´t connect to the server, and ask for me to check if the internet is ok or if I have administrator acess rights.. I have administrator acess rights, and it´s set as trusted aplication by Outpost... what should I do?
