Default NOD32 + Outpost Firewall...

Hi Folks.
How can I combine NOD32 and Outpost Firewall. The Nod32's AMON generate alarm message, witch report that dll-file loaded by Outpost is suspected file, and not be loaded. How make, that NOD32 and Outpost work together correctly. How this problem is treating?
