I would suggest you consider re-checking your XP Security Center settings in regards to Firewall, Automatic Updates and Anti-virus protection....etc.

What Spybot is doing with this latest update(Security.sbi file) in regards to your question....is letting users know after a scan that they have a few important settings disabled....in Spybot's opinion.

In my case. Its true XP firewall is disabled because of the conflict with the ruter's hardware firewall.

For that particular item....there is no Risk. Spybot will simply change the value of that dword to zero(0)....as shown in that pic you posted. Since you had that item disabled....your reg value for that dword was one(1)....and Spybot recognized that fact. Many malware are and have been mucking with the XP Security Center settings....so Spybot is simply performing a service by informing you that a few important Security settings are not what they should be....in Spybot's opinion. Obviously you are aware of changes you made and now that you know....you can properly ignore that item from further searches.

a few of the other items monitored:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center
AntiVirusDisableNotify
FirewallOverride
AntiVirusOverride
UpdatesDisableNotify
FirewallDisableNotify

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows
WindowsUpdate

In your case....I am going to go out on a limb and say that yes....Spybot corrected a setting you had in order to better protect you.

I do believe tho that you should take a look @ the below link and understand a little better about XP's Security Control Center. Those 6 security selections not turned on is what Spybot will be finding each and every time you turn them off.

Default Re: new spybot update BUT new question

I am not sure if this is due to the new update....but can anyone tell me why, for instance after maybe 4 or 5 days, when I try to run Spybot, I find it has been COMPLETELY uninstalled?

I am using Zone Alarm Security Suite as well.
