I created a complete image of my c drive on my 2nd hard drive, which was 20 meg with acronis true image 8.0. I cannot defrag my 2nd hard drive (using windows xp defrag) where my image is located. When i try to defrag it stays at 3% done and is stuck at the image file. Is is normal not to be able to defrag a hard drive that has drives images on it. I am not using secure zone

Hello martysr,
Thank you for choosing Acronis True Image (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing...cts/trueimage/). This is not normal that you cannot defrag the partition that has image file on it. Could you please create Acronis Report (please see http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317 for the instructions) and send it to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread. Thank you. -- Ilya Toytman
