HP Smart Array 5i

Hello,

we use Acronis Image Server 8.774. We tried to restore an image with the emergency rescue disk.
Unfortunately our HP Smart Array 5i Controller is not supported by the rescue disk.
Is there a way to use the array controller driver with the rescue disk?

Hi,
Check firmware version on the HP Smart Array 5i
We use TI8 b 774 with no problems at all!

Hello,
I've a Smart Array 5i too, which I use with TI 8.0 Enterpise server b 774.
The boot Cd hangs too...:-(
You say to check the firmware, what's your version please ?

Ok I've updated my Smart array 5i firmware (I'm now with the 2.38 I know).
But I've always the problem !!!

Well done!
Acronis send me a boot cd iso file. And now it's correct, rescue disk boots well.
