I get the following error on starting True Image 8:

E000101F4: Acronis True Image has not found any hard disk Drives.

I am using Build 774

There could be any of one reasons for error as you do not give much info, if you do a search for E000101F4 you will find 18 other threads along with yours, which might give you an Idea to it cause.
