Default Creating boot cd without burner

Running Windows 2003 Server, TI 8 and have a cd reader only. No cd burner. I have created the TI boot disks and it took 8 floppies. Is there a way to take these 8 floppies, burn them to a cd and then use the cd to boot?

Here is what I have tried:
1) Create Nero Bootable cd, using disk 1 of 8 to make bootable and then just copied the other 7 diskettes to the cd.

It boots up okay from the cd, the TI screen comes up, but then it says to enter diskette two.

Guess I should have bought a cd-rw with the server.

Any way?
