Default JpgUtils.dll

Has anyone and idea what this file is:

JpgUtils.dll

Picked up on NAV2004 virus scan under spyware.

Not very much info on that item yet....BUT....I'm sure in the days to come it'll pop up in other Forums since it seems fairly new.

Link @ CastleCops---> Cannot download and view jpg files.

I just got the same thing on my computer. I think that SpySweeper got everything except the dll. Here is the link to Symantec's page.
