Default sdbot

I'm new here and not all that educated about viruses (I know, I know, that's not good). I hope you guys can help me with this.

I performed an online scan with Trend Micro's Housecall and it detected three infected files:

C:\WINNT\system32\MSIti32.exe with WORM_SDBOT.DE
C:\WINNT\system32\TFTP1416 with WORM_SDBOT.CN
C:\WINNT\system32\vsmon.exe with WORM_RBOT.BO

How do I go about getting rid of those worms? There was a [clean] as well as a [delete] button and although the instructions were to clean, that really doesn't do anything.

Thanks in advance for any effort put into this matter!
