Trial Version Installation Issue

hello

i am trying to install a trial version of ESET smart security. it has been frozen at the 80% done point for half an hour now. do i need to cancel and re start installation? how do i resolve this?

i'd appreciate a prompt response.

Cancel install and a bit more info would help: the link to installer you are using; what OS are you installing on; did you have prior AV and how did you remove them

My guess you still have remnants of your previous internet security. Try removing it completely.
