Default (Top Urgent) False Positive. Please solve it ASAP.

This is Cicely from IObit.

We find your program ESET-NOD32 reports IObit's Advanced SystemCare Ultimate's program file taskschedule.exe as probably unknown NewHeur_PE. The update on virustotal is 20120927.

Please refer to the scan result from virustotal:

You can download taskschedule.exe from -http://www.wikisend.com/- if you need more information.

Please address this issue and solve it as soon as possible. If you need more information, please feel free to let us know.

Hello,

For future reference, if you believe you have found a false positive alarm, you can submit it to ESET's virus lab for analysis by following the instructions in ESET Knowledgebase Article 141, "How to submit virus or potential false positive samples to ESET's labs."

Regards,

Aryeh Goretsky
