In order to disinfect the rogueware detected in your computer, you need to disinfect your computer with Panda Cloud Cleaner disinfection tool. Please follow the instructions below:

    Download PandaCloudCleaner.exe installation file.
Save the file to your hard disk, to the Windows Desktop, for example.
Double-click the PandaCloudCleaner.exe file and follow the steps in the wizard.
Once the installation finishes, if you check the Launch Panda Cloud Cleaner verification box, the program will be launched when clicking the Finish button.
If you want to run it at any other time, either double-click the Panda Cloud Cleaner icon in your Desktop or go to Start – Programs – Panda Security – Panda Cloud Cleaner – Panda Cloud Cleaner.
Click the Accept and Scan button in order for the application to be updated and for the scan to begin.
Once the scan is finished, Panda Cloud Cleaner may ask for confirmation to try to send the generated report again. Click Retry until the report is successfully sent. If the problem persists, click the option Continue without Connection.
Finally, you can remove the malware detected.
Please review the detection list carefully in order to avoid accidental removal of legitimate or 3d party software, for example, customized applications unknown to Panda.
    Best regards,

For much harder-to-remove infections you can use Nemesis. Another cool toy developed by the team. ;)

from -http://pandacloudcleaner.pandasecurity.com/facebook we get Panda Cloud Cleaner v. 1.0.24
    and from -http://www.pandasecurity.com/activescan/requirements/?error=chrome&track=100588 PCC v. 1.0.27

2 things spring to mind here Cloud:

1/Do you know why the cloud cleaner needs to be installed?
It sounds like the perfect portable tool to bring along when cleaning computers.

2/ Why do I want to use this if it is only "halfway" good?
If I need to scan with Nemesis to make sure there is no underlying problems, what is the point?
Why not implement all tech in the cloud cleaner?

    Cheers

    /E

HitmanPro finds one of the files which 'Hides' in my Firefox profile and belongs to Panda Cloud Cleaner suspicious, and this leaves me wondering why should a program install a device driver in a Firefox Profile ?

    1) It does! ;) Unfortunately I an unsure about the installation but I believe it has to do with the drivers used to get ahead of the malware. An offline signature mode is provided but connection is a must.

    2) I am going to take back my earlier comment after looking into the cleaner. Both are disinfection tools though personally I find PCC more stable and simplistic. Nemesis has the high security scan which is pretty cool, but it only works in 32bit. Please do not use Nemesis in VMs because it is not designed for them.

Extract the installer with Universal Extractor and the program files are inside the {app} folder. Pand Cloud Cleaner is pretty "clean", it leaves behind only two registry keys. I didn't run it from a usb though

Note that Cloud indicated in Post #10 that Nemesis should not be used in a VM.

No, but the same may follow for PCC as well. It is not designed for VMs, sorry...
