Default ESET Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange Server antispam filter wrong block Emails as a SPAM

ESET Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange Server v4.3 antispam Protection block whitelist email and users' emails as a SPAM.

I add email address and domain to Users Whitelist but still block and bounced back email from Server to senders.

How to do for allow users' customers and suppliers Emails?

Have you contacted ESET customer care there in Singapore? They can be reached either online or by phone.
