IMO it looks like a AppGuard approach,Antiexecutable and policy restriction.

I tried install this app but I got the window with info that InstallGuard cannot be installed on system with less than 1024 MB of RAM...why is that?

Jonathan, SQL Server Compact 3.5 SP1 is no longer available for download, i could only find the compact version 3.5 SP2 (or version 4).
It seems you need to update InstallGuard to point in that direction. Oh, regarding this matter, in CompleteLock website, the link for SQL Server points to the full package of the SP1, which is 231.5 Mb  Maybe you should point this way: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downl...s.aspx?id=5783Very nice program.
