Problem starting a program in WSA 8.0.1.210

Not sure what the problem would be - the log uploading tool will allow us to get the minidumps submitted. If you could send me the files from C:\windows\minidump\ to my username at gmail.com, I can take a look.

The log-gathering utility just runs a bunch of normal system utilities and packs them together with 7-Zip. Check with Kit on the Webroot Community (community.webroot.com) since he wrote the thing.

Just an update. I have been in discussion with a support technician, an had a remote access session (Friday morning my time).

However, the session proved to be unsuccessful at the conclusion.

I think I have the problem solved with Ewido freezing my system when starting, but don't ask me to try and post an explanation, here. Eloquence is lacking.

I hate to ask this Question but Ewido is dead software why are you so concerned about it? I did use it also even when AVG took it over but when AVG killed it so it went off of my systems!

Someone else at Wilders raised a similar point when Ewido was mentioned by me in another thread.

Suffice it to say, I find it of use on my system for my own reasons.

...and the only concern is that something was/had changed in the behaviour of my computer, with the introduction of the WSA closed beta v8.0.1.210, which led me to start this thread.
