How come it doesn't work
I have a 3 user / 2 year ESS license

ahh nevermind, I just noticed they are considered totally 2 diff. products
wish Eset had a Uni license for all its products like Kaspersky has the Kaspersky ONE license where you buy one license that is slight more expensive but is valid to be used on any OS for that product

In some countries, ESET does offer a uni-license or (as in North America) a Family Pack that allows installation of various ESET products using the same licensing credentials. I'm not sure if this is available in UAE or not but might it be worth contacting the regional ESET distributor to find out?

Regardless of location, you would require separate licenses for each product.
