Put a sock in it!
This is more a curiosity than anything... But I'm wondering, is there any way to make my Thinkpad 600E stop beeping? It beeps loudly and annoyingly on boot, suspend, and resume... And there don't seem to be any BIOS options for turning the beep off.
Anything I can do about this? (Besides getting rid of the Thinkpad of course.) |

What is the beeps sequence? Maybe it is trying to tell you something
