Hi,

If I look at the log of ESET Antivirus, I see (I translate from French): Module update Error extraction (.

What can I do to solve this error?

Which version of ESET NOD32 Antivirus are you running?
What version of Windows are you running?
From what log are you getting this error message?
and what is the exact message in French?

You can try uninstalling EAV using the Uninstall tool and installing it from scratch. Should the problem persist, contact Customer care who will ask for further logs neccessary for troubleshooting the issue.

I uninstalled with the normal uninstaller and then I reinstalled.

Everything works properly again.

Thank you.
