Hello Ekalb
When you are installing Eset nod32 , you are given the opportunity to activate, Potentially unwanted applications. Do you have that feature activated ? I went to eoRezo the English website, with default settings and potentially unwanted applications activated, and Eset catch every one of those PUA's (potentially unwanted applications) and set them in quarantine. (all this is done in vmware environment) If you do not have this feature activated, you can see this article on how to: How do I configure my Windows ESET security product to detect unwanted or unsafe applications? (5.x) Take Care

I just tested it with the detection of PUA:s enabled, as described above, and tried to download the divx program from them, and it was detected as a variant of Win32/Adware.EoRezo.J application. So it it indeed detected.
