I've just filled form on site http://www.returnil.ru/contactus.html, written a lot of text, and after I submit it, I got error 404.

This isn't funny at all!
Such things push possible customers away from you.

Better no form at all than such flout.

Thanks for the heads up. As indicated in a reply to your support inquiry, we are working on identifying and correcting a server issue that is causing the problems. I will update this thread when I have confirmation that the glitch has been corrected and the support submission system is working properly again.
