How to remove win32/toolbar/widgi

Every hour or so Eset will pop up that this threat needs to be cleaned. It does not seem to get totally rid of it. I have done a scan, and it did not even show up. Any ideas?

Assuming you are running the latest update and AV version then run and submit sysinspector log
