Default JS/krptik.om trojan

Hello. I was surfing on the Internet about MW3 tittles and clicked on a link at a MW3 forum. As soon as chrome opened the website, eset poped up and terminated the connection. Then quarantined it.

My question: Is my computer infected by it? or eset just blocked it? I just formated my computer couple of days ago and really dont want to format it again. Also is it really harmful?

The threat was blocked so the malicious java script did not have a chance to run and do any further malicious action (download other piece of malware, open unwanted websites, etc.).
