The same terms as for MS, Bitdefender, Symantec, and others:

That's just a listing of partners, not partnership terms.

Section 2. (point "8" in particular)
Or you could ask Panda's Russian offices for additional details, since Panda is also listed as a partner.

Partnerships with testing labs is only done via Panda HQ. I don't know what that is but it is certainly not Panda.

Section 2. (point "8" in particular)

This doesn't really explain the terms of partnership either. Do you have something more elaborate?

Not really, as I'm neither involved with AM.ru nor is Russian my native language, so navigating the site can be a bit cumbersome. If someone can find such details posted on the website itself and post them here for clarification, it would be appreciated, since the general notion here is that AM.ru favors some vendors in particular.
Perhaps contacting them directly as a vendor would yield better/immediate results.

Maybe you could ask via Pand HQ if Panda logo is displayed with its approval and if they can obtain the partner terms. Then all might be clearer without having to infer anything from a list of partners.

Don't have to ask as I already know its not. And I'm not inferring anything, just wondering what those partnership terms are. It seemed to me from the posts that 3x0gR13N was representing anti-malware.ru but that's cleared up now with the last post.

Yes, a good test for users running pirated software. Probably relevant for certain parts of the world. Otherwise not applicable to most recent setups I see everyday. I.e. Running legit copies of the OS and getting patches and updates by default.
